Refund Policy

This policy applies to Quiet Fears & Imposter Syndrome: The Founder’s Reset Guide, a digital PDF guide delivered instantly after payment. It sets out your rights under UK consumer law. It does not affect your statutory rights.

• You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days, as long as you have not yet downloaded or accessed the Guide.

• Once you download or access the Guide, you lose the 14-day right to cancel, because you asked for immediate access and agreed to this at checkout.

• If the Guide is faulty, will not open, is not as described, or is the wrong product, you are entitled to a fix, replacement or refund, whether or not you have downloaded it.
