Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
This website and the product are provided by Femight Ltd, trading as Femight ("we", "us", "our"). Registered in Scotland, company number SC832900. Our registered office is Office 2/3, 48 West George Street West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP. You can contact us at info@femight.org.
2. About these terms
These terms apply to your purchase of Quiet Fears & Imposter Syndrome: The Founder’s Reset Guide, a 10-page PDF guide, from our website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree, please do not order.
These terms are written for consumers, meaning people buying for purposes mostly outside their trade, business or profession. If you buy the Guide for your business, see Section 9.
3. The product and how the contract is formed
The Guide is a digital download in PDF format. It is educational self-help content and is not a physical item.
Our website shows a description of the Guide. Please check that it suits you before you order.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email with your download link. We may decline an order, for example if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will not take payment or we will refund you.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in GBP.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
The Guide is delivered digitally. You will receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page, normally within minutes of payment.
The link stays active for 7 days, so please save the file to your device.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder, then contact us at info@femight.org and we will resend it.
You need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Reader or your browser) to open the Guide.
6. Your right to cancel
A summary is below. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, you lose this right once you start downloading or accessing the Guide, because you have asked us to give you immediate access and acknowledged this at checkout. Your rights if the Guide is faulty or not as described are not affected (see Section 8).
7. Licence and intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Guide, including its text, design, exercises and branding.
When you buy the Guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to print copies for your own personal use.
You may not copy, share, forward, sell, resell, upload, publish, translate, teach from, or distribute the Guide or any part of it, or use it in a paid programme, workshop or product, without our written permission.
If you would like to use the Guide with a group, team or community, please contact us for a group licence.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose that you made known to us, and as described. If the Guide does not meet these requirements, for example, the file is corrupted or will not open, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction up to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for how to ask. Free advice on your rights is available from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or Advice Direct Scotland.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence or if you and we both knew about it when the contract was made.
If you are buying the Guide for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
Digital content may in rare cases damage your device or other digital content if it contains a virus or defect caused by us. We take reasonable steps to prevent this.
10. Educational content, not professional advice
The Guide, including its 7-question test, is for education and self-reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or legal advice, and it is not a clinical diagnosis. Imposter syndrome is not a medical diagnosis. If you are experiencing persistent distress, anxiety or low mood, please speak to your GP or a qualified mental health professional. We do not guarantee any particular result from using the Guide, as outcomes depend on your own circumstances and actions.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or payment system outages, power failures or the failure of third-party services. We will contact you if this happens and do what we reasonably can to resolve it.
12. Your personal data
We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you placed it. We may also improve or update the Guide. If we do, we will tell you if you are entitled to the updated version.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, please email info@femight.org with your order details. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
15. General
Whole agreement. These terms and the checkout acknowledgements are the whole agreement between us about the Guide.
Transfer. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to someone else. We may transfer ours to another organisation if it does not reduce your rights.
If a term is unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.
